DEPUTY REGISTRAR The University College wishes to appoint a Deputy Registrar to join a busy team providing administration services within the University College. Reporting directly to the Academic Registrar, you will be responsible for the operational management of Academic Registry and Student Support services. You will also be experienced in providing high quality management information statistics and in maintaining high quality data in an educational or corporate environment. You will be an excellent organiser; with strong leadership and management skills. You will have experience of managing a team of staff to ensure the delivery of services in an environment with demanding deadlines. You will have strong analytical skills and be experienced in managing data systems and data quality. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of people. Experience in an educational institution would be a definite advantage. Knowledge of current issues and developments in the Higher Education sector would enhance your contribution. This is a new post and will provide an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to develop their career. You will provide course administration support for the Deans of two Faculties and will manage a team of staff in the delivery of course administration services. You will be an excellent organiser; able to plan and prioritise work effectively in an environment with demanding deadlines. You will have experience of managing a team of staff and working in an HE or FE environment. Your IT skills in the use of Excel and Word software will be excellent and you will be able to communicate with a wide range of people. Knowledge of current issues and developments in the Higher Education sector would enhance your contribution. This is a new post and will provide an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their career.
