Open Days

To find out more about our creative community, visit our world-class facilities, meet course leaders and current students come to an Open Day this term.

All Open Days include:

  • A welcome to NUCA overview
  • Course specific talks
  • How to prepare a portfolio sessions
  • Campus tours led by Student Ambassadors
  • Finance and accommodation talks

Portfolio preparation sessions take a step-by-step look at preparing an arts, design or media portfolio. All visitors receive a guide to take away with them to help perfect their portfolio. The portfolio is an essential part of the NUCA admissions process and so we really encourage people considering applying to NUCA to attend one of these sessions.

Open Day Schedule

If you would like to attend an Open Day please make sure you have booked a place and find all relevant information below:

Open Days usually start at 10am with a 'Welcome to Norwich University College of the Arts' talk. This talk is repeated throughout the day so you do not necessarily have to attend the first one. When you receive your schedule please take a few minutes to plan your agenda for the day choosing the talks and tours relevant to you.

Portfolio Preparation Sessions also repeat throughout the day and offer general advice on preparing for your portfolio interview. Campus tours are available directly after each subject talk and are led by a Student Ambassador currently studying that subject. You will also have the chance to attend a 'Finance and Accommodation' session.
