Beechcroft

Beechcroft is a newly-developed halls of residence accommodating 77 students, a short bus journey from the University College. Accommodation is in units of between 4 and 12 bedrooms with shared kitchen, eating area and shower rooms.  The bedrooms are furnished with a single bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, with blinds at the windows. There are also a limited number of en-suite rooms available at an extra cost although these may be reserved for students with support requirements.  In addition there are ample communal areas, lockable bike racks and large gardens for residents to enjoy.

The rooms are available for occupancy from early September.  There is a £75 booking fee required to secure the room when allocated.  Rents for 2010/11 are between £85 and £104 per week inclusive of all bills including internet, depending on room size, and are payable at the beginning of each term.

There is a key and damage deposit of £200 which will be payable upon signing the Licence Agreement.  This deposit is refundable at the end of the Licence Agreement providing the property is in good order.
