The University College has 7 purpose built fully furnished student houses within walking distance or a short bus ride from the University College.  Each house has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge/hall, gas central heating and there is ample parking and a communal garden.  The bedrooms are furnished with a single bed, mattress, built in wardrobe space, desk and chair, with curtains at the windows.  In the communal area there is a pine table and six chairs.

The rooms are available for occupancy from early September.  There is a £75 booking fee required to secure the room when allocated.  Rents for 2010/11 are between £86 and £90 per week inclusive of bills, depending on room size, and are payable at the beginning of each term.

There is a key and damage deposit of £200 which will be payable upon signing the Licence Agreement.  This deposit is refundable at the end of the Licence Agreement providing the property is in good order.
