The yearly animation project with NUCA actually takes very little time to facilitate/support, but the reward is a rich seam of content linked to key editorial projects that can be shared with our audience across our broadcast platforms. Importantly, the project also engages the students with the BBC for the first time in many cases and always sparks the buzz of creativity that comes with a live project and broadcast deadline. "The opportunity to produce content for a respected broadcaster also sees the students up their ambition to produce work of the highest quality as they know thousands of people will see it - this in turn reflects well upon their overall studies and ongoing work ethic. The students at NUCA are always a pleasure to work with and it's only due to the ongoing enthusiasm and support from the staff this project continues to run with such a success." |
