Student Support

We understand that when arriving from outside the UK you may need a little extra support to help settle into your new community. The University College provides a dedicated support service including advice on visas, working in the UK and registering with police, doctors and banks as well as support on cultural differences. Student Support, which is responsible for the personal welfare of all students studying at the College, can also help with any welfare issues.

All of our international students are eligible to receive up to four hours English language support each term week free of charge.

Please note that if you have a disability, non-UK resident students are not eligible for the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA), and you should consider whether there are alternative sources of funding in your home country that could support you.
