STUDENT SUPPORT MANAGER
£30,122 to £35,938 per annum

The University College is seeking to appoint a Student Support Manager to manage the team of staff responsible for the delivery of pastoral and welfare support to our students including disability services and dyslexia support, financial support, student accommodation services and support for international students.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be a highly organised individual with a proven record of managing a successful customer support service. You will be an excellent communicator and have experience in managing staff and dealing with students from a variety of backgrounds with a diverse range of support needs. The successful candidate will join an exciting and vibrant specialist Higher Education Institution, with a commitment to providing a high quality student experience.
